Your Community Council

Newtonhill is a coastal village situated approximately twelve miles south of Aberdeen in the historic region of Kincardineshire. The population of Newtonhill is now over 3000 and is growing. Muchalls, a much smaller village, is just south of Newtonhill whilst Cammachmore is situated to the north of Newtonhill.

The role of the community council is to represent the views of the local community.

Members of the public are always welcome to come along to any of our meetings. There are currently a couple of vacancies for residents of Newtonhill to join the Community Council. If you are interested in getting involved in local matters or you just want to know what is going on, then you would be most welcome to join us.
